Did you know - the "5 a day" campaign comes from a 2003 World Health Organisation report, which found that consuming a minimum of 400g of fruit and veg has preventative effects on heart disease, cancer, diabetes etc

Subsequent research actually found that doubling the minimum (or having 10 a day), provides increased protection from all forms of mortality 🚫💀

Basically, you need fruit and veg, and you're probably not getting enough...
